Testimonials

Very friendly very helpful. Great service

Ken

Can’t say enough good things about Towcester Homes. They are the reason we were able to move house!

Amazing service

Phil

We sold our house in April with a deliberately long period until exchange, this was to help with a house move out of the area. The team could not have been more helpful and wholeheartedly recommend them over other companies in the area. Many thanks to a really smooth process.

Mark

Everyone was great, from showing me houses at the beginning to sorting out the offers, paperwork and everything in between. It was a pretty smooth and quick process for my first solo buy, so thank you all, very much. I appreciate everyone’s hard work

Lisa

Great service from start to finish. What a great team you have. Thank you.

Andrea

We were fortunate enough to get Towcester homes to act as our estate agents. They went above and beyond in supporting our sale and purchase as well as chasing the chain as we approached exchange and ultimately completion.

Always a friendly person at the end of the phone to answer any questions and to support when it inevitably gets a little stressful. Can’t praise the team enough

Adrian & Pam

Very pleased with Towcester Homes, spoke to several agents in Towcester before selling our property but after choosing Towcester Homes we had no regrets.

Great value, easy to deal with, very responsive to queries & they got us the deal we were looking for. No hiding behind sharp suits & fast cars, just good, friendly & honest service.

Incredible support and service. We sold our old house and bought our new house through them and they were always easy to contact and happy to alleviate any concerns we had. Really impressed and would definitely use them again, should we need to!

I bought my new home through Towcester Homes. Throughout the process they have been very helpful, attentive and most importantly, kept in touch with me, which I very much appreciated. The process was slow due to Covid etc, but Towcester Homes were excellent at keeping the communication lines open between all the parties involved throughout the process, right up to the day when I moved in and they very kindly brought the keys round, once we had completed, so we could get in. Very good, highly recommended.

Dealing with Mark and his team was an absolute pleasure. They’re all very helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. When buying a property you want someone that listens to your requirements and finds the house to match you, and that’s exactly what they did. Immediately getting in touch if a suitable house was about to hit the market. And selling through them is equally good. Reasonable fee for a very good service. Lisa was able to glean far more information from our solicitors than we were and was very helpful in getting all snags sorted. 5 star service. If we buy or sell in future we won’t even consider anyone else.

Towcester Homes handled the sale of our former house, their professional and understanding approach helped ensure the sale went smoothly. The whole team at Towcester Homes were not just proactive but also very helpful throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have dealt with Mark and Hazel previously over many years. Their experience and local knowledge is second to none and their calm confidence helps buyers to steady their nerves when things go slow.

Lisa who dealt with my recent sale has been a welcome addition to the team and I am extremely grateful for her tireless help in reaching a successful outcome.

I had literally no issues with the house, but any small ones were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Hazel was lovely to deal with throughout, I can fully recommend them.

From the first viewing to the final checkout Hazel and the team have been superb. During the tenancy we had a couple of small issues and within a couple of hours someone from the team was at the property and sorted it. Great communication at any time of day.
Hazel made the whole process so easy to manage and any questions she was always there to help!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A very professional and polite team of people to be associated with. Clearly focussed on providing a good service to both landlord and tenant which must be a difficult balancing act but transparency throughout gives a really good result. Hazel always does all she can to help and provide solutions to make everyone's life that little bit easier. Would highly recommend Towcester Homes to anyone.

I would like to praise Mark, Lisa, Hazel and Victoria for the outstanding professional manner they acted for the sale of my house - the process wasn't straight forward but handled it very well - plus I wasn't in the country for over 12 months- it was 1st class communication and support. I Would recommend the team 100%
