Meet our team
Towcester Homes is a local agent, with local experienced staff.
Mark Hewitt
I’ve been a local estate agent since 2012 and set up Towcester Homes in 2019. I’m passionate about my business. I live in Towcester with my wife Magdalena, knowing I wanted to settle here as my father moved to Silverstone back in 1990.
I love that we do things differently here. Everything from our fresh pricing structure to the way we do our viewings, our use of technology, and our community outreach – it’s all why I do what I do. We care about our clients, many of whom become friends.
We know our stomping ground and we love where we live. We want the Towcester area to thrive and a sign of a bustling community, among others, is an active real estate sector. By doing what we do, we breathe dynamism into the community – and I love that! Wherever you see a Towcester Homes logo, you can guarantee we’ve got a story to tell.
Lisa Samiotis
I started working in estate agency in 1996 and I’ve lived in Towcester for over 30 years. My children, now all grown up, attended Towcester Primary School and Sponne School. I have a wealth of knowledge about Towcester and the surrounding areas, having been a town and district councillor since 2012. I was also the Mayor of Towcester from 2019 – 2020.
I love working at Towcester Homes – I get to meet such a variety of people and support them. I love our team; we all work so hard for our clients.
I am extremely active in the local community, my greatest passion being Towcester Town Football Club, where I have been the chairperson since 2013. You will find me on the side of a football pitch most weekends.
Hazel Young
I’m Hazel, the Lettings manager for Towcester Homes. I love the noise and bustle of my role – I meet lots of people and get to liaise with our landlords, tenants and property maintenance specialists. We only work with partners we can trust and they always go above and beyond for us.
I was brought up in the local village of Grafton Regis and moved to Towcester in 1990. I’ve worked in estate agency for 27 years. I raised my two children in Towcester, who have both now grown and flown the nest. I live in Towcester with my husband Ronnie and I can often be found walking my dogs in The Water Meadows. Sometimes my dogs drag me into the Plough afterwards!
Victoria Mundy
I’m Victoria and I love what I do at Towcester Homes – it’s such a busy vibrant office with a great team and fantastic clients who are with us because they’ve chosen us out of the other agents out there; it’s always great to know that good people choose us to sell their properties and trust us to do a great job for them. I’m constantly in and out on viewings and no day’s ever the same!
I’ve lived in the local area all my life and attended Sponne School. I still live in Towcester with my partner Greg and split my free time between some wholesome workouts at Towcester Centre for Leisure and a few drinks with friends at the Watling Street Village – it’s all about balance!
The Local Area
Towcester lays claim to being one of the UK’s oldest continuously inhabited settlements. The town’s rich history started as under Roman rule as the town of “Lactodorum”, located on Watling Street (known as the A5 today). The surrounding area hosts the best of the English country with many picturesque villages containing churches, parks, village greens, and pubs. Within a four mile radius you have Silverstone, Greens Norton, Whittlebury, Paulerspury, Blisworth, Pattishall and many more. As a Northamptonshire town, Towcester is also a commutable distance to Milton Keyes, Northampton and just 20 miles from Oxford.
