Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
Utilities – gas, electricity, water
Communications – telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
Television licence
Council Tax
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.

Rent collect and compliance

  • Tenant find of £600 inclusive of VAT
  • Market the property with photos, floorplans, and Virtual tour
  • Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
  • Full reference successful applicant including – Credit checks, employment, income, previous address history, right to rent, sanction check and PEP checks.
  • Prepare tenancy agreement and serve all relevant documents, protect the tenancy deposit with MyDeposits custodial scheme or Reposit scheme if you choose to offer it as an option to the tenant.
  • Collect first months rent and transfer.

Ongoing

  • 6% per month inclusive VAT
  • Collection of rent and chasing arrears if required
  • Statements to landlords and tenants
  • All ongoing compliance checks required including updated right to rent checks
  • Advising landlord of expiring safety certificates.
  • Send out rental increase notices as instructed by landlord
